School Meals

Caterlink provide our school meals. All children in EYFS and KS1 can have a free hot meal every day. They may choose a vegetarian option or a jacket potato, instead of the main option. The meals are cooked at St Martins School, and are brought to Trenode and served by our servery assistant. Children can also choose to have a packed lunch.

 

They sit in 'family groups' to allow the older children to help the younger ones with their food, and to set a good example of manners and behaviour. On fine days, packed lunches may be eaten outside. 

Even if your child is in EYFS or KS1 and gets a free meal anyway, it is worth finding out if you are eligible for Pupil Premium. The school benefits from this and you may get help with trips and other expenses. See the link below:
